Yes, I confirmed that the Curt 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14108 is a fit for your 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD Classic with the 6-1/2' bed.
If you need a wiring connector then I recommend the Hopkins # HM40975 which will be an exact replacement to fit in the bumper cutout (if that's what you have). If you don't have the bumper cutout then this can be attached to the trailer hitch using the mounting bracket # 18136.
To complete your towing setup you also need a ball mount. For that I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10048B because it's going to be the last ball mount you have to buy. It comes with all 3 common hitch ball sizes (1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16"), has 5" drop/5-1/2" rise adjustability, and has the ability to stow under your hitch so that everything is out of the way. If you add a locking hitch pin like part # C23025 then the entire hitch is secured to your vehicle.
