Many times you can rent tools, such as a torque wrench, from your local auto parts store to complete your installation. If youd like to have one so it can be on-hand for any installation, we offer a number of options such as the Powerbuilt Dual-Drive Torque Wrench # ALL944001 or Performance Tool Digital Torque Adapter # PTM206.

It has performed as my intended use. I have only used this for attaching a bicycle rack and holding 4 bicycles. I have not used for towing at this point.
