  The Curt # C84WR is 2-3/4 inches wide at the ball platform, so it won't work with your # C40047 Curt RockerBall. This being said, we do offer a ball mount with a similar rise/drop with a 1 inch diameter ball hole that would work. I'd recommend the Draw-Tite # 2753 which has a 7500 lb capacity, a 2-3/4 inch rise or a 3 inch drop.

In regards to fit, this will vary by receiver, some are tighter than others and some are looser. It comes down to both the hitch side and ball mount side. So if you are looking to pick out a ball mount to use with this trailer you'll want to measure from the ground to the top of the hitch opening and whatever the difference between what that dimension is and 20 is the rise/drop you need....
