Hi, can I use these to move my 1964 Chevrolet around my garage ?

The Trailer Valet Trailer Wheel Dolly part # TV74FR are not designed for use on a vehicle. The only way possible to use them on such is with four dollies under all wheels. This would be costly but an option if you want the integrated lifting mechanism that standard dollies like the Wheel Dolly part # PTW54013 don't have.
