Question:
So Im using the rvr5 to get up an incline that is within the limitations. Can I use these with an incline and the rvr to take the pressure off of dual axle? Thanks

Yes. You can use the Trailer Valet # TV74FR with your Trailer Valet RVR5 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly - Wireless Remote - 5,500 lbs # TVRVR5 to help fight some of the drag you'd otherwise get with both axles trying to maneuver the trailer.
We actually did a great video on this using a regular Trailer Valet but the remote controlled one would work just the same, which I've linked to this answer, but it's exactly what you're looking for.
