Ordered this lock keyed alike to my receiver lock, very nice option. Being long it fits all of my trailers with various types of hitches, just the right width for some and a little long for others but nice to have one lock for all.
You can get these locks in different styles and sizes all keyed the same. BEST THING EVER. Having 1 key for multiple trailers and locks is the only way to go.
Works as described. Just disappointed that it is to long for my application. This one was the shortest one that I could find. Liked that it's keyed the same as my spare tire lock.
it fits better than the other brands and knock-offs; I will only need to add one washer to take out the slack (slack makes this type of lock vulnerable to bolt cutters)
I had lost the coupler pin lock from my Curt set I purchased from etrailer about a year ago. I made the mistake of leaving it on the tongue. Nick from etrailer helped me find a suitable replacement. Great customer service and good pricing makes this company a wonderful place to shop!
Ordered 3ea all keyed the same so I only need 1 key for all locks. Which makes unlocking hitch and trailer cover more convenient.
Replaces simple bail hasp that came with new trailer. Peace of mind while towing and while parked.

works great as trailer is safe.
By itself, it’s just ok. A step above “better than nothing.” There is a gap between the lock and the trailer. The gap is large enough to slip a cutting blade and easily cut through it. However, when combined with other locking devices, this is a good addition.
I ordered the RC6 lock which has a 7/8" span to fit my 2-5/16" coupler on my trailer. When the lock came in, it was too short. Returned the lock and got item #7691 and it fit just right. Had great customer service with returning and ordering.
I ordered a hitch coupler pin and a class V 5/8" hitch mount pin for a 2 1/2" receiver. I received both items and only 2 keys which only worked for the hitch coupler pin. There were no keys for the hitch mount coupler.I called etrailer.com and explained the situation. Noah was the customer service rep. that help me and he is going to send me a new hitch mount pin with keys and a return merchandise shipping label
Ordered four of these coupler locks keyed alike to secure loading ramps to an Aluma trailer. Can't say enough good things about Olivia who handled my order 108378866. She provided service I haven't experienced in years. Only reason for only 4 four stars, is one of the four locks arrived defective. After calling etrailer, they shipped a replacement right away.
Bought multiple receiver locks and hitch locks, all keyed the same. Incredibly convenient to always use the same key no matter what vehicle or trailer you are using.
etrailer provided outstanding customer service to me. I thought the lock I received was defective and etrailer immediately sent a replacement. It turns out the original lock was fine, I just didn't know how to work it (the locking mechanism unscrews from the barrel, rather than just pulling off). I give both the lock and etrailer 5 stars.
The product is great and works just as it should. I did have it keyed to match the hitch lock on the truck. Also give credit to etrailer for correcting an issue with the first set not being keyed alike. They were quick to response and sent a new one out immediately and now the issue is fixed. I would highly recommend the product and etrailer.
Works great. No issues after owning this for a year.

Locks still working great after a year
I had called customer service to explain what kind of product I was looking for and she referred me to the trailer coupler lock item#e98886. This was a perfect match to fit my needs. I ordered two (keyed alike) to have one as a spare.
Product works as decribed. Well made. Only thing I dont like is how the lock parts must be threaded together with the key in the lock. I'm concerned the rubber dust cover will be torn off by my keys getting in the way.

Item has held up well. Both I ordered still work as they should
Quick release locks would be better than having to turn the key for multiple turns. Hooking up to trailers and unhooking several times a week becomes a pain with these locks. Otherwise the locks are holding up.
I’ve been using this lock on my bike rack every day for a year now. It’s been over a variety of terrain and all kinds is weather, hot, freezing and wet. No rust. No problems. It works flawlessly.
Couple latch lock works perfectly. I saw that some were complaining about the rubber cap getting in the way while unscrewing or screwing it on to lock. If you just open the cap and let it spin freely, it works just fine. I would recommend this product for wider tongue latches. I will buy another one if this ever wears out!!
