This 7,000-lb trailer axle keeps your load stable and your trailer tracking straight. The round 3" diameter beam is built from high-strength steel and designed with a zero-camber bend that gives even tire contact for steady, in-line towing. The underslung spring seats are welded to the underside so your leaf springs (sold separately) mount low for easy loading and unloading. It’s a simple, solid setup that tows smooth mile after mile.
There’s no need to fuss with hydraulic lines or actuators. This axle comes with electric brakes already mounted, plus adjuster plugs, mounting bolts, and hardware. The 12-15/16" x 2-3/8" drum assemblies are built strong from cast iron and ready to go right out of the box. Once wired into your brake controller, you’ll have confident braking power that’s easy to maintain with periodic manual adjustment.
Keeping bearings lubricated is quick thanks to the built-in grease zerks on each straight spindle. Just attach your grease gun and pump—it’s that simple. The pre-greased hubs already include bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts, so there’s no messy packing or extra steps. The grease cap flange measures 2.722", and the 1/2"-diameter, 1-5/16"-long wheel studs fit standard 8 on 6-1/2" wheels from 16" to 17-1/2".
This axle assembly meets CSA, QAI, and SAE-N standards for performance and safety. Each unit is welded using a patented process that makes the spindle connections 40% stronger than conventional welds. The result is consistent braking, proper load handling, and peace of mind on every haul.
With a 95" hub-face-to-hub-face length and an 80" spring-center-to-spring-center spacing, this axle comes ready for standard trailer builds or replacements. Spring seats and spindles are already welded on, so setup is straightforward.
