If you like your setup to look clean when you’re not towing, this kit keeps the front end tidy. The tabless design means there’s no bulky crossbar or brackets sticking out—just a smooth, factory look. The tabs stay attached to your tow bar, so nothing protrudes from the bumper. Snap-in high-density polyethylene covers keep dirt and debris out of the base plate receivers, so the arms slide in and out easily every time you hook up.
Getting ready to tow doesn’t have to be a hassle. Each arm inserts into the receiver, twists to lock, and secures with a pull pin for a dependable connection. To disconnect, just pull the pin, twist, and slide out. It’s simple enough to do on your own whether you’re in your driveway or at the campsite. Bracket spacing is 18-1/4" center-to-center and bracket height is 14", so you can plan your tow setup around those measurements.

This base plate bolts directly to the chassis with no welding required. The sturdy steel design spreads towing forces evenly to help reduce stress on suspension components while keeping everything solid mile after mile. Owners trust this heavy-duty setup for long-distance towing because it feels secure from hookup to destination.
Already have gear you like? This kit works seamlessly with Demco, etrailer, and Blue Ox tow bars without an adapter. It can also be used with Roadmaster tow bars when paired with the correct adapter (DM9523036, DM9523062, DM9523014, or DM9523023; sold separately). An included electrical bracket makes it easy to mount a round connector plug at the front, keeping your wiring organized and ready to connect when it’s time to roll out.
For anyone comfortable turning wrenches, this is a straightforward bolt-on project. No welding is required—everything mounts securely to factory points on the chassis. The kit includes clear instructions and all necessary hardware for a clean install that’s ready for thousands of miles of towing confidence.

The Demco base plate for our 2025 Jeep Gladiator is still the best choice out there. It required no drilling or cutting and is easily swapped out as we lease our Jeep and need to put it on the next Jeep every year. Also very easy to hook up and very robust construction.

Hey Richard, great feedback on the heavy duty mount I can send that along to Demco. Sounds like you have been to some awesome places between all those miles. Is there a place you would consider a must go to that you have traveled to?

1.5 years later, 15k miles later, zero issues with baseplate, still estatic about the maverick as a toad
