For your 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback the Demco base plate kit part # DM9519324 has been confirmed as a fit as long as you don't have adaptive cruise control.

For a compatible tow bar I recommend the Commander, # DM9511012 which includes safety cables so you will not have to buy any separately. I've linked videos of both the base plate kit and tow bar on a 2017 Focus for you.

For lighting you can use the bulb and socket kit, # RM-155, and not have to worry about cutting and splicing into the vehicle wiring. You will also want the # DM9523054 to connect this lighting solution to your tow vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.

And finally, most states now require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest systems to set up and use are portable systems like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. It applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles. You need a 12 volt outlet, # RM-9332, to power the Patriot 3.

Most likely you will also need a high low adapter so that the tow bar will be level when you are flat towing. I attached a link to a page that has all of the ones we carry.
