There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us what the correct degree bend you'll need for easier access to the valve so you'll want to take a look at your valve stems to see how they're sitting and determine the route out to the front of the wheel. For most dual wheel applications the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8001-135 has been the best fit in my experience. This has a 135 degree bend but there's also a 90 degree option # WM8001 as well. Without really seeing how everything sits its a bit hard to pick out the best option. If you'd like to send in some pictures I'd be happy to take a look though.

I recommend checking out the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit #WM8001-135 which is designed for 16" to 19-1/2" Dually wheels. These kits are universal fits so you might need to move some stuff around to get them to fit correctly.

If you have wheel liners then you want to use the 135 degree bend kit part #WM8001-135 but if you have wheel covers then you need the 90 degree bend kit part #WM8208 instead. Attached are demonstration videos of each for you to reference.
