on your 15inch white spoke trailer rims will the 5 on 5 fit a chevy hub?

A trailer wheel with a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern like the # AM3S638 would bolt up to a hub with a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern. However, I can't recommend you use a trailer rim and tire on a vehicle unless the hub happens to be on a truck bed that is converted to a trailer.
