Will a 205 75 d tire fit a wheel that is currently mounted with 225 75 R 15

Every trailer tire can fit a range of different wheel widths. If the wheels you have are 6 to 6-1/2 inches wide (on the inside where the tire sits, not overall width) then yes, you can put a 205/75 on in place of a 225/75. The 6 and 6-1/2 widths are the 2 sizes that overlap between those 2 tires sizes.
