Today we will be reviewing part number 115983. This is Redline's ubolt plate from 1 1/2" squared trailer axles with 1 3/4" wide springs. This is used with ubolts to secure the axle to the lead springs which are mounted to the trailer frame. It's going to attach with 2 1/2" diameter square ubolts. They are going to be sold separately. The 1/2" diameter is important because you want to make sure that the ubolt goes through the 1/2" diameter hole.
The 4 holes along the corners are going to be the same in diameter so you will need to get some ubolts. I'm going to recommend part number Sp01-120. Those ubolts are going to come with the nuts to secure them on the other side and it's going to fit this mounting plate perfectly. This does fit square trailer axles that are 1 1/2" wide. It will work with 1 3/4" wide lead springs. The overall dimensions of the mounting plate is going to give us a measurement of 5 1/4" x 3 1/2". That's going to do it for today's review of part number 115983.
