Is this tail light the same for my 2016 Rpod 179 unit?

I looked up your 2016 Rpod 179 and the # 328-003-6019R light looks a lot like what you have. I can't be sure without measuring your light but this one is 5-3/8 inches in total diameter. The mounting holes are also 4-1/8 inches apart on center.
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to know if it's the exact light since trailer manufacturers don't release specific info like that. But if you measure yours you should be able to tell. If your measurements are different let me know what they are and I'll see if we have something that matches.
