Question:
I have this tail light assembly, part # 003-6019 that has water inside it. I see no way to get it out. How did it get inside it and should I replace it?? It still functions, but appears to have a short, and is dimmer than the other one. My trailer is 2018 ROV18 by passport, Keystone mfgr.

I am not sure how water got inside of your LED Trailer Tail Light with Reflector - Stop, Turn, Tail # 328-003-6019R as it is a sealed housing to prevent water from entering the light.
Having water inside of light assembly can cause quite a few issues, and if you are noticing it is dimmer I would definetly recommend changing it out.
All you will need to do to replace the LED Trailer Tail Light # 328-003-6019R is unscrew it from your 2018 Keystone Passport, cut the wires, use butt connectors like # DW05745-5 to connect the wires from your light to your trailer the same way your old light was connected.
