  We have Jeep style trailer fenders but only for up to 15 inch wheels. We don't have any fenders for 17 inch wheels unless you are referring to the overall diameter of the tire versus the wheel/rim.   I went out in the warehouse and measured the etrailer Steel Trailer Fender, part # HP76VR. If you measured the width of the fender including the radius lip portion of the fender it is 10 inches wide everywhere. It is not narrower at the top. The 8-1/4 inch width is if you just measured the flat portion of the width not including the radius lip. See photo of the fender I am including that will show the measurements on the fender.

  I went out into our warehouse and measured an etrailer Trailer Fender # HP76VR and found that from the ground straight up to the midpoint of the radius it measures 17-3/4 inches and measured from where the leg touches the ground to the midpoint of the radius it measures 19 inches.   Your trailer has Jeep style fenders. For your 14 inch wheels you'll want # HP76VR which measures 10 inches wide by 36 inches long by 19-1/4 inches tall. For sealant I suggest TremPro Silicone # 0160297. It's extremely versatile and can be painted if you desire. I would replace the hardware with exactly what is originally there. I can't see the light you asked about in the picture. If you can provide me with the measurements and a picture I can make a recommendation for a replacement....

  The Single Axle Trailer Fender # HP76VR that you referenced would work well on your ATV trailer, but these do not have a weight rating so I would not recommend you drive your ATV over them. There should be a way to load your ATV's without resorting to driving over the fenders. You might have to load them and then get off the ATV to reposition them by pulling them around.

  Using a bolt on bracket to install the Trailer Fenders part # HP76VR is possible, but the radiused corners of the fender make it hard to use an L-bracket like part # CE26098G-2 without modifying it. The corners on these brackets are the roundest we offer so it's the best option we have.
