Do you carry a single axle square style trailer fender that has a backing plate for 15 in. wheel?

Hello Charles. We do have a few of the square style single axle fenders for a 15" wheel like the # HP76VR or # HP76FR. We do not have anything that comes with a backing plate though. For that I suggest you just take a section of backing plate material like part # HP72FR and cut it to fit.
