Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this etrailer Single-Axle Aluminum Tread Plate Round Trailer Fender. Now, if you've got an old-school trailer that's built to last, you deserve parts that can keep up with that. This aluminum fender does just that. It's going to keep your trailer looking sharp, and it's going to stand tough against whatever the road throws its way. This is made for traditional single-axle trailers and it's going to fit standard wheels perfectly.
You're gonna be able to mount it your way, whether you wanna weld it on for a solid, permanent fit, or bolt it in place if you want the flexibility to replace or maintain it later. Either way, you're going to get a strong, secure setup. And because this is crafted from 0.100 aluminum tread plate with this polished finish, this is built to resist corrosion from rain, salt, and grime. It also takes the hit from rocks and debris, protecting your trailer's body from damage. Plus there's no paint or rust to deal with.
Just give it a rinse, and you can keep on going down the road. Lemme see if I can give you some measurements here as best as I can. So, looking at the overall length first, trying to line that up with my tape measure here. So, I hope you can see, we're sitting right at, lemme move my hand there so you can see, right at 32 inches long, end-to-end, and then the width, being careful here while I've got it on my turntable. Looks like we're sitting right at, pretty close to 10 inches, end to end, kind of slightly flares out there just a little bit on either end.
And the height, I measured, it's not gonna be accurate to show you while I have it like this, but the height, I measured, was right at 16 inches tall from bottom to top. It weighs about six pounds or so, so it's not terribly heavy. And you are going to get this one fender, so if you need more than one, obviously you just wanna change the quantity on your order. The fender came dented in few spots but one was fairly large but I am sure it was done during shipping. Mounting was easy and did not take very long.
Can be done by one person, however you will need a long ratchet strap to fasten the ends in their proper location, as the fenders are 75" long as received. Makes the 18 year old trailer look new again!!
