Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the CE Smith four-inch-long galvanized frame strap. It's for a quantity of one. Now, this frame strap is used with U-bolts to secure accessories to your trailer frame. This one here is a four-inch-long multipurpose strap, so you can see if we put a ruler on this, total length right at four inches.
Now, the measurement from the center of this hole to the center of that hole is gonna be right at 2 1/2 inches. The width on this strap, it's right at one inch, thickness, right at 1/4 inch, and the bolt hole diameter on this is 7/16 of an inch. Now, this part is a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel construction, it's very strong and durable. It is great for marine use. And again, this is for a quantity of one frame strap.
But that's gonna do it for a look at the CE Smith four-inch-long galvanized frame strap.

Good, strong links. Hole had to be enlarged slightly to fit bolts from kit with shorter links but this was accomplished easily.

Great thick frame strips. Superior to the ones that have rusted oit on my 20 year old boat trailer. Wont ever have to replace these due to corrosion.
Holes are not drilled out to spec so they don't fit on Smith u bolts Piss poor QC !
