Plug and Play easy just had to add some additional Alienware as the double back adhesive and zip ties won't last long in Arizona.

Very bad..one of the 4-pole ended uprising the one metal connector..I was refused a free replacement ...not very satisfied at all...
The hitch was the correct one for the car, and the cable harness and receiver was correct also. Delivery was extremely fast: ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Friday.
All necessary parts were included, including instructions for torquing down the bolts.
I installed the hitch, 'without a hitch' on Saturday. It took about an hour, since I don't have any air tools.
All in all, I am very satisfied, and would recommend your company.

Timely shipping and product is exactly the perfect fit!
Easy installation. Perfect fit. The leads are quite long and you have to be careful that they are wrapped up out of the way when not in use may otherwise they may drag on the ground and get damaged. I'm not sure exactly what happened but this worked fine for 6 or 7 months. Now the left side trailer lights don't work properly. The Brake/turn signal light works as the tail light and the tail light is the brake/turn signal. I did damage the plug and am in the process of trouble shooting the problem. I plan on cutting off the damaged portion and splicing in an new plug. If this corrects the problem then I may replace the unit with a new one.

It came with my hitch, very quick shipping.
The hardest part was finding my car's socket and getting the oem cap off, after that it went fine.
I suggest getting the little plug in tester that fits the flat 4 plug, it makes quick work of verifying all is good to go and retesting occasionally thereafter before hooking up a trailer.

A year on and no problems, works as should.Tip for free, keep the connectors greased up with dielectric grease to prevent corrosion.
