Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this replacement cutting edge for the Meyer snowplows. Now, this is going to replace the cutting edge or scraper blade at the bottom of your Meyer snowplow and this is going to mount to the bottom of your blade to break apart that ice and scrape away packed snow while you're clearing parking lots or driveways. And on your screen, you can see that this is comparable to Meyer part number 09134. And this is made here in the USA and it is constructed of C-1090 carbon steel so this is going to give you premium strength and heavy-duty impact resistance.
And in case you're interested in knowing, the Brinell hardness number is 250-300. Now, this does have a black powder coat finish that's going to help resist rust and corrosion. And on your screen, I am including a diagram of this cutting edge with the dimensions that are going to be important to you. The overall length is 102 inches. It is six inches tall and half an inch thick.
We have nine holes for mounting. And the distance between those mounting holes on center is 12 7/16 inches. And I do have additional measurements there for you in case you need them. This diagram can also be found on this product page. Now, this does not include any hardware.
So, if you are also in need of mounting bolts, I am including our item number there for you if you need to add those mounting bolts to your order and you'll get nine of those bolts.
