To see if this custom-fit item will work for you please tell us what vehicle you'll use it with.
Upgrade your vehicle's suspension with hollow rubber springs that absorb shock, minimize sag, and boost stability. Whether hauling gear or towing a trailer, enjoy better handling and a smoother ride with zero maintenance.
A full truck bed shouldn't mean poor handling and bottoming out. These springs reduce sag, making sure your truck stays level while improving steering and braking, whether you're hauling lumber, tools, or gear for your next trip.
Towing a fully loaded trailer can make your vehicle feel like its floating. These suspension springs help keep everything steady by minimizing sway and keeping your vehicle level, so you stay in control when hauling campers, boats, or work trailers.
Uneven terrain and bumpy roads can make for a rough ride, especially when towing or hauling. These rubber springs absorb road shock, reducing the impact on your truck and trailer for a more stable and comfortable drive. By cushioning the jolts and vibrations, they also help protect your trucks suspension components from excessive wear and tear, extending the life of your shocks and leaf springs.
When you're taking a sharp turn or carrying uneven loads, these springs work independently to keep your truck stable. Whether swerving to avoid an obstacle or hauling an off-center load, you'll feel more secure behind the wheel.
Airbags need constant monitoring and adjustments. These rubber springs just install and do their job - no compressors, hoses, or pressure checks required. You get consistent, hassle-free suspension support every time you tow or haul.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Timbren rear axle suspension enhancement system. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2007 to 2009 Dodge Sprinter 3,500, and then your 2007 to 2015 Freightliner Sprinter 3,500, and then your 2010 to 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3,500. And then finally your 2016 and newer freightliner and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3,500, both the two wheel and four wheel drive models. Now on custom fit parts such as this custom suspension enhancement system, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and answer any questions that it might have for you.
And our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. So these hollow rubber springs with an 11,000 pound capacity are going to mount to existing attachment points on your sprinter to give you strong rear axle support to help reduce sag and improve handling. These springs also give you additional support as needed, so you always have a smooth, comfortable ride allowing the leaf spring ample movement while cushioning light loads. They're going to ride just as smoothly when you're not hauling the load and they become more rigid as more weight is added for great performance when you're hauling a heavy load, increasing stability and reducing vehicle sag. They do work independently, adjusting side to side, helping to compensate for off-center loads and reducing body roll when swerving and turning corners.
And these springs also act as shock absorbers, taking the brunt of bumps and rough roads, extending the life of your vehicle suspension. So this kit includes everything that you see here. As you can see, I do have them just kind of stacked as they're going to be assembled. I don't have hardware holding anything together here, but I just kind of wanted to give you an idea of what this is going to look like. And you have spacers here, and depending on your particular setup on your sprinter, you may need one of the spacers.
You may not, but the instructions are included here and they're gonna tell you which way to go, whichever is going to work best for you. But everything that you see here is included. And again, the capacity that this gives you is up to 11,000 pounds. But it is important to note that these springs do not actually increase your sprinter's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
If you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this system or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out because ultimately we do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thanks for joining me.
I HAD THESE INSTALLED ON MY VAN OVER A YEAR AGO, I JUST CHECKED THEM OUT AND THEY ARE STILL IN GREAT CONDITION. THE FACTORY ONES I HAD PREVIOUSLY WERE COMPLETLY WORN DOWN. THE TIMBREN LOOK THE SAME AS WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLED.
Install was easy. Raised our Thor Gemini up as product said it would. Great job etrailer!
had this product before. left it on my old truck when I traded. Now I have to replace it, really like what it does for my towing a travel trailer. just have to find time to put it on. speedy delivery arrived undamaged, which is nice.
They definitely reduced sway and lean when driving. But also seems like you really feel every bump and increase road noise?
I assume since vibration from axle can now travel directly to frame?
Might need to upgrade shocks?
Might soften liitle over time?
Might need to get softer onesv
Only have gone 80 miles with them so far.
Will give it another few hundred miles and see what feel then.
Overall pretty happy So far.
2017 Thor Gemini TX
Strainer/basket is holding up well after one year of use in our RV, no issues.
Works great on my 2016 town and country for hauling my pop up camper.
Fast delivery. Disappointed with the instructions. Sense the item was ordered vehicle specific. The instructions said tighten bolts to manufactures specifications.
Easy install & fast shipping! Works gre at!
Works great on my Honda odessey !! Great customer service as always!
Very fast shipping, had product in 2 days! Very easy to install. Hardest part was lifting the RV.
The product first arrived in a damaged box with one of the washers missing, but ETrailer did resupply that. The hardest part was finding a shop able (needs the right tools to depress coil springs) and willing (a potential liability issue messing with suspension) to replace it for a reasonable cost. Eventually a local tire shop agreed to. This was for a 2014 Honda Odyssey, especially for pulling a pop-up. Took two camping trips last summer, one before and one after installation, and I have been pleased with the added stiffness in the rear suspension. It made about 1 to 1.5 inch of difference in resting position when fully loaded and towing and has helped smooth out bumps and humps in the road - both when towing and not.
great product, truck does not squat as much when trailer is attached
Have not driven yet, just installed. Added Monroe coil-overs as well, thanks etrailer.
Delivery was fast, instal was quick & easy. Later today I will see how they work when I hook up to the 5th wheel. By all indications right now I believe they exceed my expectations.
Price was good compared to other sites. Shipped very fast. Installation was very easy.
Put them on and it is exactly what I need to keep truck level when hauling fifth wheel. Easy to install too
I would recommend this product to anyone. I pull trailers with a 1/2 ton truck and will never have another one without this product on it.
I put this product on my Trooper. The install was easy is you take the back wheels off. I towed this weekend and I did not bottom out. If they hold up over time, this is a great product.
BIG difference in handling a load or trailer ... what a great product!!!
Did my due diligence researching this product, including other customer reviews.
Can't wait to install them, but the Winnebago has been put to sleep for the season. I'll submit a performance report in the spring.
15 mins to install and what a difference…. Went from a few inches of sag in the rear to only an inch and over 1000lbs tongue weight didn’t know the trailer was attached to the truck
I had trouble installing these. Turns out they Don't match the factory stops. I trimmed off some rubber on the press fit end and they went all the way in with the truck weight help. I hope they stay in.
Holding up good a year after purchase, work great for pulling my camper
Excellent quality, good prices and great shipping ! Thanks
This product was delivered quickly and efficiently. The quality of the product is excellent and look forward to seeing how they work when we are towing our trailer.
