This 15" x 5" Vesper steel wheel is engineered to take on heavy-duty use. The modular design and premium-grade steel throughout give it solid strength with a weight rating of 2,160 lbs. Whether it’s loaded down or rolling long distances, the 0 offset keeps it stable and balanced while the 3.19" pilot diameter ensures a precise fit on the hub.
Instead of a basic powder coat, this wheel uses a three-step paint process that starts with a zinc phosphate pre-treatment, adds an e-coat primer, and finishes with a white acrylic enamel topcoat. The result is superior chip and scratch resistance that stays looking clean even after contact with road debris or curbs. It’s been salt spray tested for more than 1,000 hours for corrosion resistance you can count on.
Loose lug nuts aren’t something you want to deal with on the road. The beveled stud holes on this wheel help keep it tight against the hub so you don’t have to constantly retorque after installation. That small detail adds up to less maintenance and more confidence every time you tow.

Built by the world’s largest wheel manufacturer, this Vesper model benefits from advanced engineering that reduces weight by 5–10% compared to standard steel wheels. It’s a straightforward, reliable design from a company known for producing strong, well-balanced wheels that hold up under real-world use.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi, everybody. Andy here with the etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this Vesper 15 inch by five inch white steel modular trailer wheel without the stripe, with a five on five inch full pattern. This steel wheel with modular design is sturdy and rust-resistant. The white acrylic enamel finish is going to resist chipping and other damage better than powder coat finishes. Now this finish is applied after a zinc phosphate pre-treatment, and it covers an e-coat primer layer. So it has an excellent corrosion resistance with a salt spray rating of more than 1,000 hours.
The beveled stud holes here are going to help keep your wheels securely in place on your trailer hub, eliminating the need for constant retightening of the lug nuts. By the way, the wheel stud size is a half an inch by 20. And as you can see here, the valve stem is included. This wheel does meet SAE J1204 standards. It has a capacity of 2,160 pounds.
And as we've already mentioned the rim dimensions is 15 inches in diameter from bead seat to bead seat, and then five inches wide again by bead seat to bead seat. Now, again, we also mentioned that our bolt pattern is five on five inches. The first number in that bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. And the second number is the diameter in inches of the circle, on which the bolt holes sit. So to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes as we have here, you just wanna measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway across or halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first.
Now the center cap is sold separately, but if you decide to pick one up, you do wanna make sure that it fits the pilot diameter of 3.19 inches. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
