Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro rear axle double convoluted airbag suspension kit with internal Jounce bumpers. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2018 to 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 4500HD, 5500HD, and 6500HD cab and chassis, both two or four wheel drive models. And this will also fit your 2018 to 2024 International CV Class 4 and Class 5 trucks and so on. Now, I do also want to show you the hardware layout. I don't have all the hardware here on my tabletop, I just have the airbags here with the roll plates and the brackets. But on your screen, this is what you're actually going to be receiving. So that's gonna be a complete kit with the the hardware that you see there. But as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is gonna need more than just the rear factory springs hanging on for dear life.

These airbags are gonna add up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady even when the trailer is loaded. The bed is packed, the miles are long. So with this, you're not gonna have to continue to worry about rear end sag throwing off your braking and steering or your headlights pointing up into the sky. But as you know, bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, it can actually wreck your airbags. That's why this system includes internal jounce bumpers that inside of each bag so that even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net.

So you're gonna be able to safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory style ride. And every haul is different. That's why these air springs are gonna give you full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI. So if you're hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, you'll just gonna crank up that pressure, and then when you're unloaded and you're heading home, you can just drop that pressure back down, giving you a softer ride. With the manual inflation valves included, tuning your suspension for the day's work is gonna be pretty straightforward.

So extreme hauling demands extreme durability. So these springs are built with one inch thick corrosion resistant end caps, which you can't see 'cause they do kind of have these loosely assembled here. But our bags also are reinforced with 20 internal support wires and that's gonna give you maximum strength underneath that heavy load. And then at the top and bottom here, we have these heavy duty roll plates that are gonna actually protect those bags from chafing and help extend the lifespan of the bags. And then these powder coated steel brackets are gonna do a great job of fighting back against rust and corrosion. So this kit is going to be able to put up with virtually any type of road conditions you give it, and any type of seasons that you may be driving through. These precision laser cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points without welding or drilling your frame. The included hard, you'll just need that included hardware to get this installed into place. Instructions are gonna be included to guide you through that installation process. So this kit is designed to work with your setup right now or wherever your upgrades are gonna take you later on down the road. You can inflate manually with standard air valves right out of the box, no extra parts needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, that's not gonna be an issue, because these will connect to most existing setups. And then maybe you're planning for something like an in-cab wireless controller sometime down the road. That's not gonna be an issue because with this kit, you're gonna be building that foundation so you can easily expand your control options when you're ready. Now this kit is going to give you, as I mentioned earlier, up to 7,500 pounds of additional leveling support. But I do wanna let you know that these springs do not actually increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
