The shipping box came in with a hole at the bottom of the box. I was thinking there would be missing hardware but Etrailer shipped the hitch with the parts kit and instructions taped to the receiver hitch. There was no damage to the receiver hitch and all the hardware was intact. The time to install the hitch to my 2025 Ford F350 with the 6.7 diesel was about two hours and wasn’t hard at all. I had to remove the front bumper and trim a square hole in the plastic lower air dam for the receiver to fit though with a multi tool.
The man who helped me, Kurt was very helpful and I really appreciate what you did but I was waiting and figuring it out and it wasn't an easy thing to do. Thanks Kurt bye
