Will the ford factory 4 puck mounting hardware interfere with the mounting brackets for the xl7500 air springs… my truck is equipped with fifth wheel hitch

No, they will not Larry. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL83DQ is compatible with in bed hitch brackets like the ones that install the puck system on your 2026 Ford F-350.
Please note that the Air Lift item # AL83DQ are designed to fit only the dually models of the 2026 Ford F-350. If yours is a single rear wheel model you'll need the item # AL89DQ instead.
I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System item # AL25980 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
