Those kits are essentially the same thing, but with one key difference; the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL89DQ is designed for single wheel trucks while the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL83DQ is designed for dual wheel trucks.
These function the same, but the brackets are slightly different so they fir those different applications.
