Very happy with purchase. This third rack system I have purchased ( for different vehicles) and first Inno system. Seems every bit the quality of my Yakimas and like the attachment portion to roof rails, everything is coated so no possibility of scratching paint on car. Delivery was very quick and Etrailer price matched Amazon!
Everything about this kit met my expectations.
- Perfect fit for my Ford Edge, as advertised.
- Lowest bar height that was still high enough for the Edge Vista roof to clear. The glass does clear when nothing is attached to the bars.
- Aero bar shape. I haven't done a lot of miles yet with only the bars and no other attachments.
I attached an Inno roof box (which still fits through my garage door!) and did a 2000 mile road trip at insterstate speeds. Except the box noise (expected), and a bit of a mileage hit, I had no issues. Secure fit the whole way.
I got my new rack very fast after I ordered it which was awesome I ordered the one I ordered because it had great reviews about road noise… Are used it Saturday didn’t hear anything which is also awesome my paddleboard did not even move on my rack I was concerned about air trying to lift it it’s easy to mount my paddleboard on top of my car and I couldn’t be happier here is a picture for reference...
By far the best service I have received in a very long time. I recieved my inno flush feet areo crossbars, sooner than expected and the assembly was just as specified. I especially liked having the video with the tutorial.
I like the look of the low profile and the quality is outstanding. I have used this for my kayak and the low profile helps with the loading and unloading.

Sales staff helped me pick out the right roof rack setup for my new 2023 Escape that worked with my low-profile rails. 3 separate boxes of pieces but they all came together perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and etrailer customer support! Rack is solid, low wind noise and will work with the accessories I need, kayak carrier and cargo basket.
Aero roof rack is very stylish and gives my car a good look. It’s low profile look is what I really enjoy about it. The bars are pretty wide so any bars you do add to them, you’ll have to do IN-DEPTH research to make sure they do fit. I’ve had some run in with some issues with bike racks
Ordering was terrible. Two calls to make sure I was getting the right parts and still got the wrong cross bars. I paid extra for quicker shipping and the item still arrived late.
