I need to mount on the roof two 80 pound tandem kayaks on a 2018 Honda HRV-EX-L. We have the side rails already installed on the Honda but would need the cross bars, j hooks etc. Thank you.

In order to carry two kayaks on the roof of a 2018 Honda HR-V you'll first need a roof rack, the Inno Aero Crossbar System part # NXB130-2, part # INXS450, part # INTR159 is the best cost effective option with aero crossbar and it works on models with the flush side rails.
Then in order to secure the kayaks you'll need to do so on their side, the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier part # e98878 (2) is what I recommend and it comes with everything you need. They have a 150 lb capacity.
