The Inno Aero Bar Roof rack part numbers # INXB123-130, # INXS450, and # INTR163 would add about 3-1/8 inches to the top of the flush bars of your 2022 Lexus RX 450h.
The Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRM660WH would add an additional 11 inches and the Thule Motion XT Alpine part # TH629506 would instead add an additional 13-1/4 inches.
