I have flush rails on my HRV, will this fit? like the racks that bolt on and attack to the side of the vehicle. is this fit kit for flush mount rails,

For your 2016 Honda HR-V with factory flush rails the Inno fit kit part # INTR159 can be used but you need to use the Inno roof rack components part numbers # INXS450 and # INXB123-2.
This will attach through the factory fixed mounting points of your roof and does not clamp around the door frame. It can't be used with Honda brand crossbars.
