Question:

I thought I had finally settled on the rack I wanted, but I need to verify one small detail: the link below is to the rack in question. In the product summary it states non locking. The actual product page show key slots so I assume it actually is locking. Yet since the only statement on the subject is non locking, I simultaneously must assume it does not lock. Are the words mos leading or arethe photos misleading? Thanks INXB115-2,INXS200,INK439
