The Malone AirFlow2 roof rack lets you carry gear and accessories on the roof of your vehicle with raised, factory side rails. This complete roof rack system includes 2 aluminum, aerodynamic crossbars and 4 towers. The full-length crossbars extend past the towers to give you more mounting space for carriers, and the towers have built-in locks to protect the rack from theft. The rack clamps onto your raised side rails and tightens down with the included tool, so it's easy to remove and install.
Aerodynamic Shape
The AirFlow2's Aerodynamic shape helps control air flow over and under the bar to significantly decrease wind noise and vibration even at highway speeds. This decreases the need to add a fairing to your roof rack. The aero-style bar also reduces drag and helps maintain fuel efficiency.
Lightweight, Aluminum Crossbars
The black crossbars are made of aluminum, which makes them strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion. The bars also have plastic endcaps to protect the interiors from the elements and to give your roof rack a finished look.
Durable Towers with Built-In Security
The towers are made of molded nylon that won't fade or wear down when exposed to the elements. Each tower includes a nylon cover with a built-in lock to deter would-be thieves from removing the rack from your roof. The covers also protect the towers' interior and hardware from the elements.
Easy Installation with Rubber-Coated Steel Clamps
The towers attach to your vehicle's raised, factory side rails with rubber-coated steel clamps. The rubber coating provides a superior grip on your side rails and protects them from damage during installation and use.
To tighten, simply turn the bolt inside the tower assembly with the included installation tool until the clamps are snug. Once assembled, the towers and crossbars stay together as one unit, which makes removing, storing, and reinstalling the system a snap. To remove, simply remove the cover and loosen the bolts inside the towers with the installation tool.
Channel and Clamp-On Accessories
These crossbars have built-in top channels with strips that allow you to carry channel-mounted accessories on your roof. You can remove, trim, and re-insert the strips around the mounting hardware of your accessories to keep the crossbar channel capped and quiet.
The AirFlow2 includes full-length crossbars that extend past the towers. The increased length gives you more space to mount accessories and carriers to your roof rack. The bars are compatible with most universal, clamp-on accessories and carriers.

Perfect fit! Had some out of box issue with applying some dampening grommets properly and the built-in hex wrench is a bit too short to turn freely for 58” crossbars. All together a good product. Would recommend.

Easy to install. Black looks sharp with my black roof rails. Locks are nice..a bit loose so will see over time how sturdy/secure they are. Same thing with end caps...could get loose over time too.
A shout to etrailer team for your videos....it is what helped make my decision to get the Malone Airflow2 for my Odyssey.

The cross bar does fit the car rail firmly. The locking covers are loose , the end caps are loose , the rail is only 56” not 58”. The package took 11 days to arrive , no accurate tracking info from the post office until the last day, and their phone number is no good . You get what you pay for .

2023 Chevrolet Traverse
Purchased for a 2023 Chevy Traverse RS. The crossbars fit fine and were easy to install and remove after the trip. The tool needed for installation is attached to one of the locks for each crossbar. This is handy for adjustments on the road. Tip would be to make sure the crossbar overhang is not longer than the length of the tool as it needs to clear the overhang to rotate. The rubber pads on the clamps fall off easily when setting up so check they are in position when installing and keep track of them when removing the crossbars.
Instructions were easy to follow and etrailer.com delivered them when promised.

Deceptive shipping dates. Worst E-commerce experience I have had.
I needed a part for a trip on March 24. I ordered the part on from etrailer on March 7 that showed a scheduled delivery date of March 13. March 13th passed and no package, USPS tracking showed the label had been created but not picked up.
I contacted customer service and they told me they had a “policy” that they couldn’t do anything unless the delivery took more than 14 business days, which put it at March 25. This policy was not on the website, in the shipping info, or on the order confirmation. When it had not arrived on March 23 we had to buy an alternative product locally in order to go on the trip. We received notification that the product had been delivered on the 25th, etrailer will not take any responsibility or cover any return shipping for this product we don’t need.

Great product!! Easy on, easy off. Fit perfect. Just took 2 12 foot sit on tops 14 hours round trip, 75+ mph, not a sound. No squeaks, no groans, they stayed perfectly in place and so did both kayaks. Used with Malone sea wings which fit great. Had a question about delivery date since I ordered on a holiday, response came within 4 hours. Amazing customer support!
