The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 151" Wide - White shields your slide-out from rain, leaves, and debris that can lead to water damage and mildew. As your slide extends or retracts, the awning automatically moves with it, keeping the top of your slide clean and dry every time. This topper fits slide-outs measuring 146"–151" wide with up to a 48" extension, giving you full coverage where you need it most.
The premium 13.5-oz vinyl fabric stands up to heavy use outdoors. It’s cold-crack tested down to -25°F, so it won’t stiffen or split in freezing weather. The heat-welded seams stop water from seeping through, offering better protection than stitched seams. This strong build keeps your awning looking good and performing well through the seasons.

Installation is straightforward with all components included—brackets, hardware, and awning rail. The roller tube comes with the fabric already mounted, so you only need to secure the brackets on the slide-out and attach the rail up to 5" above the trim. With a second set of hands, most owners can get it done in an afternoon without extra wiring or complex steps.
The white fabric paired with matching white hardware blends in neatly with most RV exteriors for a clean, finished appearance. It gives your setup a unified look while adding functional shade that helps keep your interior cooler.

To determine if this topper is right for you, measure from the outer edge of one flange to the other on your slide-out. You’ll also need at least 7" of clearance on each side for the arms to move freely; if space is tight, go one size down. The awning rail measures 151" long, and the fully extended fabric covers 151" wide by 48" long for reliable protection across your slide-out roof.

The slide topper you receive may or may not be from the Solera 5000 Series. A minor redesign has changed the shape of the extension bar, awning heads, and brackets. There is no difference in how it functions or installs.

The awning sags when it rains I have to stick something under it to keep it draining. But whats more frustrating is that no one ever apologized for the poor customer experience or checked back with me after the review. This tells me they really dont care about customer service
