I have a 2017 Coachmen Catalina SBX 251RLS. I have 1 slide-out. I measured it twice as best that I could and got the following: from flange-to-flange 154 inches wide from camper-to-flange 37 1/2 inches deep. My questions are: - what size topped should I order? - does it come with a railing that installs on the camper? - besides the buytl tape, is there anything else I would need to purchase?

I recommend the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 13'1" Wide - 48" Projection # LCV000168109 which will fit RV's with slide outs that are 152" to 157" wide and up to 48" long, the awning rail is included.
This is also available in white # LCV000163300 if you prefer white.
If you don't have at least 7" of clearance on either side of your slide out box you'll need to order the size down which is the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 12'7" Wide - 48" Projection # LCV000163299.
All three kits come with everything you'd need for your awning.
