For determining the proper size Solera Slider you need, to measure the total width of your slide room from the outside including the flange then add a minimum of 5" (2-1/2" each for the left/right side overhang). You can have greater than 2-1/2" overhang if you want, but it is suggested that you do not go any less. Since you have done so with resulting measurement of 142" outside flange to flange, you need an awning no less than 147". You can go beyond the overhang of 2.5" each side if you choose, no worries. Just do not go less than the suggested minimum for best results.
Based on the numbers you provided, I suggest the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 12'7" Wide - 48" Projection in white, # LCV000163299 or in black, # LCV000165061. This has an awning fabric size of 151" wide x 48" long and what is recommended for slides between 146" - 151" wide and will provide you with an overhang of 4-1/2" each side.
