Pretty good. I camp with my trailer. Which to me means dirt, grass etc. I also hang out in trailer suburbs, aka “campgrounds “. This is far less stable than my previous stack of wood, and can feel pretty sketchy on lumpy, uneven ground. In fact I’ve had my tongue jack slip off once.

For now I’m sticking with it, but I’m very cautious of how it’s sitting when I disconnect from my truck. On off-level spots (the majority of where I camp), it’s completely normal for the trailer to shift forward or back a bit when I disconnect, and his stand can get really wobbly when that happens. I have to take my time and readjust till it sits solid/flat and I’m comfortable it’s stable.

How Can I Make My Trailer Jack Stand Taller
I have a solution for you, but the Valterra # A10-0900 is going to be the tallest jack stand that we have available. I recommend using one or two of the Stackers Leveling Block # A10-0917 under this jack stand to give you enough clearance to easily release the tension bars and remove them from your weight distribution hitch. You can also get a pack of 10 Stackers Leveling Blocks with part # A10-0918. Each Stacker Leveling Block will add 1-3/8" of lift to your jack stand.

I do have a couple options for you as I am unable to find any dimensions online for your foot on the FIC-ET3500 electric tongue jack. The Camco Trailer Tongue Jack Stand # CAM44635 is made of resin and the Valterra part # A10-0900 is also made of a plastic/resin. Since the Valterra has a base that is about an inch wider in diameter that would be what I would go with if I were you since the wider the base the more stable it would be.

You will need the Replacement Foot Pad # 2500-25 for your Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-2500. You can see this foot mounts on the outside of the inner tube while the Replacement Foot Pad # 2500-3755G you found fits inside the larger tube on the Jack # JET-3755. We do have the Pin # 2500-26 for this as well. Trouble Uncoupling Trailer From Tow Vehicle
Generally speaking, most people will uncouple the trailer before they extend the stabilizer jacks so that is what I recommend first. That said, if you are having trouble getting the trailer high enough to release the hitch ball from the coupler then you would just need to use a stand of some sort like the Valterra Trailer Jack Stand part # A10-0900 which offers another 8" or so of lift.
