These custom clips and pads let you mount Thule Evo Flush Rail or Edge Flush Rail feet on your vehicle with flush, factory side rails. Clips attach to a mounting bolt in the foot assembly and tighten together. Includes 4 clips and 4 pads.

Secure, Clamp-On Installation
To complete installation, place the fully assembled rack on your flush rails and tighten the rack in place with the torque tool included with the feet. The inner and outer clips in each foot tighten with a single mounting bolt to ensure an even, secure grip on your rails. An audible click from the torque tool indicates the rack is secured properly.
Protection for Your Rails
The rubber-coated steel clips and molded rubber pads protect your side rails from scratches and abrasions. The pads easily slide onto the bottoms of each foot, and they're designed to fit the shape and contour of your vehicle's flush rails.

Originally ordered a Yakima system, but availability everywhere was virtually nil. Switched to Thule and ran into some of the same shortages with the supply chain, likely due to Covid. Took about a week to receive and it was the perfect part for my BMW X3.
Website is easy to use & is better at putting together the correct package than Thule’s site.

Installing the roof rack went well. Estimate start to finish was about 2 hours. Found it best to really examine each diagram in Thule’s step by step instructions to get it all right on the first try.
Hardness part of the installation was getting the crossbars installed at the proper distances. A tailor’s soft measuring tape & some masking were great aids.

Assembled the feet this morning and clamped to the rails on my 2024 Mazda CX-30. Everything thing looked good. I wish they a seal for each of the slots in the bottom of the square rails to keep the water out when it rains. Don’t want them rusting. I’ve used Thule racks for a lot of years and have sealed the end caps to keep the moisture out. Worked out really well
I opted to buy from etrailer instead of going direct. My foot pack and fit kit shipped very quickly and arrived in only a few days. This is the second time I’ve used them and both experiences have been great.

We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our 2021 Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly. This product title says “EVO” but it also fits “EDGE”. I hope etrailer fixes this because it was confusing trying to find the “EDGE” fit kit which doesn’t exist.
Perfect fit and easy installation. Highly recommend for a lower profile rack. Also allows sunroof to vent on 2016 Lexus RX350. Haven’t driven with them on yet so I don’t know how road noise is at this time.
there were minor changes to the fit kit i already had for the lexus ...seems like the Jeep fit kit could have worked with just the 4 plates and 8 screws rather than replacing the other 16 pieces. But it did install easily with a solid/firm fit.
Exactly what I needed
Thule rack looks great on my Kia Telluride. The pieces took a while to get to me because they were on backorder but it's not etrailer, they were on backorder everywhere. I messed up a piece of the rubber while installing and etrailer sent me another one free of charge. Would definitely recommend etrailer.

Great roof cross bars for the Lexus RX450h ! Better and beefier than the OEM cross bars. Yes, these are more expensive (wish they weren't! Locks should be included in the base cost) They are solid and planted the XXL roof carrier with ease. Took a bit to center the roof carrier- so we could open the rear door without crashing into it. Only took a 3 mpg hit with the racks and carrier on the roof (@ +5 mph over speed limit on the highway) I really like the way they look on the vehicle. We're probably going to keep them up for snowboarding season. Keep in mind once they're initially installed- they're a snap to take down as well.I made a mark on the inside on the rails to make reinstalling easier.
Amazing roof rack. Integrates well with the Tahoe. Looks great and allows a cargo box and a long board to be mounted side by side.

This kit fit perfectly for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a easy install. Enerything was included, including the torque "wrench" that was needed.
When a last-minute change to our travel plans required the addition of a rooftop carrier for additional luggage the team at etrailer was there to get me the required items in time for our departure. I am very appreciative of the above and beyond effort made by the etrailer team!
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
Easy set up, great roof rack. One small problem with installing the rubber strips, piece would not lay flush..
