This rack works perfectly on my Nissan Versa for carrying my two Perception Sound 9'6" kayaks. The Rhino-Racks look good to me. The kayaks can rest directly on the rubber pads on the rails, unlike the Yakama racks I had in the past that had bare pipe rails. Also, I expect I can buy parts to adapt this product to a different car without having to buy new towers. I am sorry there are not hooks or loops to attach bungees when carrying lumber. They are noisy in the wind, but less so when carrying the kayaks.
Order is lost. Only received half of it. Tape your boxes together like you did on previous orders.
Our bars did not arrive. It only takes three days to ship to Anchorage Alaska from anywhere CONUS.
Team was helpful in ordering the correct part. Delivery well managed. Installation straightforward.
The heavy duty rhino-racks are very well built. There is wind noise. That can be muffled some by using uni-stut closure strips. Uni-strut fasteners fit on both the top and bottom of these bars making it nice for building your own custom tie down and attachment points
The directions were a bit challenging to follow but I figured it out . Racks are great an Ed our rep was great.

They do vibrate a bit due to flat side facing into the wind. Could the leading edge be rounded to lessen this?

Excellent customer service. First set of crossbars was delivered to the wrong address and a second set was mailed out to us arriving in a week.
It didn’t feel secure on the rain gutters of the Jeep as the tightening mechanism forced the clamps to move outward from the gutters. I used it only a couple of times. Wouldn’t recommend.
My vehicle was a Jeep Gladiator. The feet worked, but the part that clamps to the gutter could be improved. The clamps pull at an angle to the gutter instead of flat. They had a tendency to pull out. They needed adjustment, in my opinion, as I thought they could work themselves off. I had an aero bar and kayak carriers attached to the feet.
They did the job, note that I had to make a spacer for each leg to still be able to take it the front panels off. Love the look also.

I hate to hear that you have not been able to use the roof rack. I wanted to see if you could send a picture of how it is installed on your Jeep. I also have a video that we have done on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator.
