Do Thule Roof Rack Systems Have Locking Feet To Secure To Vehicle?

Do the Thule roof rack, gutter feet mount systems lock or can anyone just unscrew them when it is mounted to your roof? I saw if mentioned one key system , but curious if it has its own key so that it doesn’t get stolen

Thule does not make a locking roof rack system for your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Hardtop without rails or crossbars. For you Jeep I recommend the Rhino-Rack # RRVA150S-2,RRVA-FK1-2,RRRL110S5-2 with locking 59" Vortex Aero crossbars. This will help keep your crossrails safe. Items loaded on the crossbars will need their own locking system.
