I recently purchased Rhino-Rack components RRVA118B-2 and RRSX005 for my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. I would like to buy the Rhino ski rack # RR574. Will I need the Kit HD-FK1 to mount onto my cross bars? Awaiting your expertise.

The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero roof rack system made of parts # RRVA118B-2 and # RRSX100 is a complete roof rack system for the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek that has factory-installed roof side rails that run from front to back.
You will NOT need to use the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Adapter Kit # HD-FK1 to install their Ski Carrier # RR574 on the Vortex bars. The kit is needed only when installing the ski rack on their heavy-duty bars like # RB1500. Since the Vortex bars have a T-bolt channel in their top surface you can install this carrier in that slot.
