Will all of the parts fit my 2014 F150 super crew without modifications? Will I be able to carry a 10ft kayak?

The Rhino Rack # RB1500 Heavy Duty Crossbars, # RRRLKHD 2500 Series Legs and # DK150 vehicle specific clamp kit is indeed compatible with your 2014 Ford F150 Super Crew.
For a kayak carrier, I'd recommend the Rhino Rack J-Style folding kayak carrier, part # S512. In order to attach the kayak carrier to the heavy duty crossbars, you'll need an adapter kit, part # KC-FK8. The kayak carrier includes straps to secure the kayak to the crossbars and two bow/stern tie downs.
