Question:

I would like to be able to switch between carrying ski’s, bike and when necessary, plywood from lumber store. Any thoughts on best configuration? 2023 Jeep Wrangler

I recommend using aero style crossbars on a 2023 Jeer Wrangler. The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA150B-2, part # RRVA-FK1-2, and part # RRRL110S5-2 in particular. The aero style bars are most versatile with rooftop accessories and they will be the quietest. They can also be used for lumber but for this I do also recommend the Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars part # RRRLH2.

I don't recommend the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack Crossbars since they don't work well with a lot of rooftop mounted accessories and the increased weight capacity won't be able to be utilized on this vehicle anyhow.
