Arrived quickly and an exact fit for my bike rack. I hope I don't break it like the original.
Not only did etrailer.com have the items I needed in stock, the parts arrived on time. This is important because I needed the items to support a move to another state and I'm leaving in the next couple of days. Any delay would have meant my bike could not have been mounted on my rooftop rack safely for the drive. Thank you for your excellent service, etrailer!
This is more about great customer service. After order there was prompt follow-up and item arrived right on time. Hadn't used rack in a while, but discovered original skewer had failed and needed to be replaced. Works great!
