Thank you for my replacement key to my Thule roof rack. I've been going crazy looking for the key because I needed to have some body work done on the roof of my van due to water leak, but I couldn't find the key. It's great to know you could get a replacement key. etrailer was fast on delivery.
What I ordered. Fast delivery. Thanks etrailer! Was able to free the snowboards from the roof rack :-) Oops, don't drop a key down the tiny crack between the elevator and the floor. How does one even do that!?

This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.

They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
etrailer really saved me!! I was worried I was going to have to buy a new rooftop carrier but this key works perfectly. Just remember to check the number of your lock barrel to make sure it matches. Service, shipping, everything was impeccable!
