Correct Brackets for Mounting Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier to Square Bars

Will these brackets hold each j carrier on square crossbars or do I need to get the brackets that are used in pairs on each j Carrier as shown in the 834 product page? I have the TH834 j carriers with 853-5837 brackets and want to be sure the setup will work correct. Thanks!

I spoke with my contact at Thule and he stated that if you have the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier # TH834, the correct mounting brackets to use with your Thule Square Bars is the part # 853-5513.
The Replacement Metal Bracket # 853-5837 that you referenced is compatible with an older version of the Hull-A-Port that is no longer available. The part number for this older version was 835XTR.
