I found a second half pair of Thule 594xt bike racks, but they didnt come with mounting kit to attach them to the Sportsrack SR1010 rails. It doesnt seem theres a kit available, does etrailer offer all individual parts? Would parts from another rack work maybe too? Looking at the manual is overwhelming to determine exactly what I need and the quantities.

It seems that you have the discontinued Thule SideArm. It looks like the mounting hardware you need is four replacement bolts # 853597602, two replacement brackets # 853-5513 and four knobs # 753-0783.
