Features to know about

Solid Connection for Smoother Towing: Grade 5 Strength Holds Tight

A loose or worn bolt can throw off your trailer’s suspension feel. This replacement suspension bolt locks the equalizer to the hanger with Grade 5 strength, keeping everything aligned and secure. It restores the solid connection your suspension needs for a smoother, more controlled ride.

Built to Last in the Elements: Zinc Plating Resists Rust and Corrosion

Moisture and road grime can eat away at bare metal fast. The zinc-plated finish on this bolt protects it from rust and corrosion, so it keeps its strength and good fit even after miles of wet or salty conditions.

Right Size for Reliable Fit: 7/16"-20 x 2-7/8" Bolt

Getting the right bolt size is key for a snug, dependable connection. This one measures 2-7/8" in overall length with 7/16"-20 threads and a 9/16" non-threaded section to seat cleanly in your suspension setup. It’s built to fit right the first time and stay tight under load.

Simple Fix That Keeps You Rolling: Single-Bolt Replacement

When you just need one solid replacement, this single Grade 5 suspension bolt does the job. It’s a straightforward way to swap out worn hardware and keep your trailer’s suspension performing the way it should.

Sold the trailer the bolts were on. Bolt were a good fit.

Fast shipping and was exactly what was promised. however, I never used the product. I found a local source and was in a rush and now I have this extra bolt laying around. I'm sure it will come in handy on my trailer at some point in the future. I always buy my supplies from etrailer.com and highly recommend them

One year later and still holding up well. Recently did a brake job and took the time to inspect the suspension work I did with etrailer's parts last Thanksgiving. Everything is in tip-top shape. I'd order from etrailer again because they make it easy to be certain you are getting the right parts.

Ok, so one year later, everything looking good.

I was greasing the hanger bolts on my trailer, and one would not take grease, so I pulled it out and found the bronze bushings were completely worn out. I checked all the others and ended up replacing all the bushings and several bolts. These worked well.

I purchased these for my trailer and they fit perfect. I had a hard time finding the right size for my trailer and I went through a lot of other sites before I found etrailer and they had every thing I needed to upgrade the hardware on my trailer. the quality was excellent and the shipping was fast and on top of all that the gal on the phone knew what she was talking about and so very helpful. the customer service was awesome and that's one thing you don't fine any more any where. I highly recommended etrailer to every one.

These bolts are perfect for the Dexter E-Z Flex system. I would recommend including the nut.

  • Torque Rating for Lippert Wet Bolts LC126197 and LC126238
Hey John, this is a great question but the torque specs for both the # LC126197 and the # LC126238 is 30 to 50 ft lbs. Generally you want these loose enough that the suspension components can still move since that is what they are designed for. What equalizers are you running currently?

  • Is There A Time Frame For When Wheel Studs Or Suspension Bolts Should Be Replaced
There really isn't a time frame for when the studs need to be replaced since wear and tear can differ depending on usage and climate. If you feel your studs are starting to look bad or the threads are tore up then you'll want to pop one out of the hub and take some measurements to determine the correct replacement. For example, part # 7-122 is 1/2" in diameter and has a 2" stud length. If you're instead referring to the bolts for your suspension then the same rules apply. You'll measure...

  • Recommended Bolts and Shackles For a 2,000LB Single Axle Trailer When Replacing Leaf Springs
I recommend using the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit # K71-358-00 when you install the new Leaf Springs # e84SR. The upgrade includes 1/2" thick shackles with wet bolts and bronze bushings. These straps are much stronger than other Straps # TRSL313 which are less than 1/4" thick. And having the wet bolts and bronze bushings allows you to lube your suspension which will then move more freely. Otherwise you will need 3 of the Bolts # LC122102 and Nuts # 006-092-01 if you wish...

  • Recommendation For Cushioned Equalizer For 3500 Pound 2013 Trailblazer Dual Axles
Based on the information you sent, the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers, Item # LC279687, will not fit your hole spacing of 7-1/2 inches. Instead, I recommend the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers, Item # LC279688, which are for 7-1/2 inches hole spacing. The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers replace the standard equalizers on your tandem axle trailer. They reduce chucking and provide a smooth ride. They are pretty easy to install. Other items you need for the installation are 10 standard suspension...
