These mirror extenders are great. They went on very easily and also came off easy when I took them off. The quality and fit are both excellent. An added bonus is they come with a very nice storage bag for when they are removed from the vehicle. I strongly recommend them for these points and also for their most reasonable price.

As Ive aged it is very difficult to get the mirrors off. I cant seem to squeeze both bottom clips at the same time.
Works great. They do work with the F150 mirrors that have the turn signals on the outside edge of the mirror. You just can't see the turn signal with the towing mirrors installed. Fit is excellent, no rattling or vibration. Easy 5 minutes installation.

Do the 81600 mirrors actually fit over the signals on the outside edge on a 2001 lariat f150 supercrew?
The mirrors I ordered were delivered within 5 days via regular delivery. I installed both the driver and passenger mirrors in 5 min or less. They snapped on and look like original equipment on the truck. I was going to take them off each time that I was not pulling a trailer, but because they look like custom equipment, I'm leaving them on. I am very impressed with the fast shipping and the quality of the product. I highly recommend these mirrors to anyone with a travel trailer.

Good morning.........the mirrors are working great. I leave them on my truck year round and they have held up well.
The only problem was the shipping. When I received the box it was badly damaged and I had thoughts that the mirrors would be too. I was amazed that they didn't have a scratch on them. I haven't been able to use them yet, should in the next week or so. They look to be a quality mirror. Shipping was fast, but don't put fragile on the boxes, because I think the postal handlers try to damage the product. Looking forward to seeing how they work with my trailer. Thanks. I will be purchasing more products from you in the future. Pictures of the box are attached.
I'd rate this as a 4.5. The left mirror is great and provides the extra towing visibility I need for my horse trailer. While just as good, the right mirror takes a little getting used to. Since the factory mirror is curved and makes things look farther away, the transition to the extended mirror is somewhat startling. All of a sudden, your eyes detect the image considerably closer. These mirrors are very well made and attach/detach easily to the factory mirrors. I would definitely recommend them as a budget minded, yet high quality solution.

Im still using the mirrors and happy I found them. My wife and I coach a Special Olympics equestrian team. I use my old Ford truck to pull a horse trailer for the team. Its an 02 F-150 and the original mirrors arent suitable for pulling a horse trailer, so finding the mirrors at an affordable price was just what I needed. Thanks.
I haven't had a chance to use them while towing my camping trailer yet but in driving with the mirrors they seem to work well enough and they were easy to install on my truck, my 2002 Ford F150 has turn signal lights on the side mirrors and it tool me a bit to figure out that I could turn the mirror out so it would slip past the blinker lights.
The lights can't be seen with these mirrors installed but they wouldn't be seen by anyone behind the trailer either and with the mirrors I will be able to see cars coming around the trailer. My only concern with this product is the very thin instructions don't mention if I can run through a car wash with them installed or not I also have a minor concern about how the product was packed for shipping. It was sent in the original retail sales display box with no extra packing material, when the package arrived the box was badly damaged I opened it while the UPS driver waited so we could check for damage, I expected to see broken mirrors but they were both OK, if I were to order them again I would ask for a better box.

Great product. Fits strong and looks great-integral. Good visibility, some vibration, but still able to determine if a vehicle is approaching your lateral zone. Do not let the beat up package startle you. As with another persons post, it happens but the mirrors came through ok.

Superb!!
Product was just what I ordered.
It showed up when you said it would.
Planning on doing future business with etrailer.
On and off in about 5 minutes. Seem to fit well and look good. The passenger side one went on a little crooked, but I will double check that later. Storage bag is an excellent thought also. Haven't actually used them yet, as the camper is still in storage. These are on my '99 Lincoln Navigator.
Love these and are so simple to use, Product was perfect, packaging not so much and surprised they weren't damaged in shipping.
I "personally" feel the original box should have been placed in a regular sturdy cardboard box.

I received the mirrors yesterday and the box they were shipped in was badly damaged. Once I open the box and took out the convenient carry bag with the mirror inside I found them to be in excellent condition. I installed the drivers side and had to work around the turn signal build into the mirror but once I figured out how to set the mirror to get by the signal they snapped into place. I immediately took the vehicle for a ride and there was no vibration in the mirror. Very pleased so far.
I was concerned about the fit, you know ordering stuff online... But, the reviews were good and I had no complaints when they arrived. Easy to put on, and take off. No problems with shipping, receiving, or the purchase. Thank you very much will be doing business again soon.
Mirror are pretty cool. Came with a storage bag for when they are not on the truck. Was able to just snap them onto my stock mirrors and they fit great. Haven’t actually used them while hauling my trailer but I’m sure they will be better than the mirrors I got from unsullied for over 60 dot.
I have a 2002 f150 Lariat supercrew with the turn signals on the mirrors and these fit perfectly over them with plenty of room to still adjust the mirror. I tow a 19ft travel trailer and can now see the traffic behind me, no more hoping there is no one coming up on me as I change lanes, and the mirrors barely vibrate so you can see very clearly in them. They fit nice and snug on the truck mirror so there is no worry about them moving around or falling off. The only negative for me is the bottom clip scrapes up the truck mirror a bit every time I take them on or off, so be carefull. Overall very happy with them.
The KS81600 (pair) snap-on mirrors mounted quickly and fit snug and beautifully to my 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Series with contoured mirrors, and did not impede the existing Ford mirrors whatsoever.
However, I have a problem with the focal distance of the passenger side KS81600 mirror that I received. See photos. It's magnification is quite different from the truck mirror, and shows only a small, magnified area of the distant background. In contrast, the KS81600 driver side mirror has a similar focal distance as the Ford driver side mirror, offering more of a long and broader view. I could live with the driver side view, but not the passenger side.
I'm unsure if this difference is intentional or a product error/mis-match. I've contacted the eTrailer experts on the matter.
Alternately, I also ordered a pair of the KS3891 "clip-on" mirrors, with the ratchet system. While I think this product offers a much broader view on both sides of the vehicle, they are not near as easy to put on as the KS81600, never quite go on in exactly the same position, and are not a perfect fit to my contoured Ford mirrors on the passenger side. In addition, the thicker clamps of the KS3891 make contact with the Ford mirror glass and impede my ability to fully adjust them. I will post a separate review of them.
The KS81600 is a much cleaner, easier product to install and secure. Unfortunately, the focal distance issue is a deal killer for me, and I'll probably keep the KS3891 which provide a broader view on both sides of my rig.

perfect description and fit on my 2000 Ford F150. Super easy install and they mold as they were factory design.
Not only did my order arive 4 days earlier than I expected, the mirror extension work great. They are easy to install and adjust. They fit perfectly, even having integrated turn signals in my mirrors.

Have used the Mirrors on and off many times and perform still like new with ideal visibility both sides of the trailer rear when backing or traffic.
