Question:
Can you tell me whether or not this mirror would fit my 2001 Ford F-150 crew cab? It has original stock mirrors on it currently.

The K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS81600 will fit your 2001 Ford F-150 so long as they are the larger contour-style mirrors.
If you take a look at the accompanying photo, which is from the linked installation video, you can see the type of mirror your '01 F-150 would need to have in order for the K-Source to fit; should you have those you're good to go.
